This is more likely 1980 as near the end of that year, I moved to Bangui from M'Baiki to serve as Fish PCVL, replacing Karen Moleski who had finished her service. Tom V.B, Tony N. and I lived at the Peace Corps house which was in the Lakounga Quartier and around the corner from the photo studio. Tim R.
